| Term | Description |

| Tenant | Either your organization (sometimes called master-tenant) or a sub contractor of your organization |
| Customer | The end-customer of your organization (ie: the account holder in your bank), also known as the Account Holding Party |
| Counterparty | The party in a transaction that is transacting with your customer/account holder |
